These classes are designed for those who have not previously experienced the benefits of meditation and the relaxation that can be achieved through simply quietening the mind and body through meditation.
The classes involve clear instruction on the process of stilling the mind and body and provide a guided relaxation meditation each session. The classes are run over varying time frames and are designed for beginners.
